We strive to make our coaching practice affordable to everyone. We have one rate for all our coaching services: $49 per coaching session.
We offer two coaching services:
1. Care Support: Faith-Based Coaching
2. Skilled Support: Faith-Based Coaching

Coaching is currently offered online through Microsoft Teams. Or, if you are local to the greater northern region of International Falls, MN, I can meet you in person.

How long do coaching sessions last?
For 1:1 coaching, each session is 50-55 minutes.
We know that everyone’s schedule is different; therefore, we try to offer a variety of times and options.
24-hour Cancellation: No problem! We will reschedule.
No-show: Non-refundable; charges apply.
Refunds: There are no refunds on coaching sessions, workshops, or groups. This policy appears in the service agreement, registration forms, and service applications.

Is the first session free?
For each person who is interested in coaching, we start with a free, complimentary pre-coaching session to get to know each other and ensure that coaching is a proper fit.
